The East Windsor Regional School District, is a growing K-12 public school district serving the communities of the East Windsor Township, The Borough of Hightstown as well as Roosevelt Borough. The school district has over 5000 students attending 4 elementary schools, one middle school and one high school.

- WC Black Elementary School is located on a 9-acre site in Hightstown, NJ. The school was named after a local school board member. The school educates around 600 students attending K through 5th grade. The schools mascot is “Dale the Dolphin”.
- Perry L. Drew Elementary School is located on a 22-acre site on Twin Rivers Drive in East Windsor. The school is named after a former school bus driver, truant officer and custodian who served the district for over 30 years. There are approximately 700 students in grades K through 5th. The school mascot, is “Drew the Dragon”.
- Ethel McKnight Elementary School is located on Twin Rivers Dr. South in East Windsor. The school is named in honor of a former teacher and administrator. Approximately 740 students in attend this school. The schools mascot is Lightening, the Mustang.
- Grace N. Rogers Elementary School is located on Stockton Street in Hightstown, the school is named after of a former teacher and lifelong resident. The school opened its doors for the 1st time in 1924. There are roughly 480 students who attend the school. The school services students from the Pre-K – Grade 5. The school mascot is “Spike the Bulldog.”
- Melvin H. Kreps Middle School is named after a former Superintendent and is located on Kent Lane in East Windsor Township. Over 1100 students attend this school. This school works under a team system, with 5 teachers per 100-130 students.
- Hightstown High School has a great reputation. Last year they had 350 graduates, who collectively earned $1,684,467 in scholarships and awards, and 75% went on to college.
